Product policy
Japanese Rubber Stamps products are made and designed by nico.
I am always thinking unique and cute stamps.
When I get a funny idea, I can't wait to make it;)
My house is clean and nonsmoking room. My family members are not smoking. So it is very safety and healthy for my products.
When I get a message from customers, I will send a message back as quick as possible. Even if after receiving your products.
However, I may forget sending a message back to you or the system may have something problem, so if you didn't get a message within 24 hours, please send me a message again.
I am making rubber stamps by hand one by one, please enjoy handmade and if you have any problem or need advice, please contact me without hesitation.
Shiping policy
I will ship your stamps within a few days. (If you ordered quite a lot or custom stamps, it take longer) I always use tracking airmail from Japan.
【Delivery period】
To USA: About a week to 10 days
To Canada: About 10 days. (Some area of Canada takes longer)
To Australia and New Zealand: About 2weeks
To Europe: About a week or 10 days. (Spain takes longer sometimes)
To Asian countries: About a week
If you didn't recieve your parcel over 2 weeks, please contact your nearest big post office or me.
Please check your tracking number, it is much comfortable knowing where the parcel is now.
Refund policy
When you mistook your order or would like to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
When I didn't send your stamps, I can cancel without anything.
After your parcel has shipped,
please contact me without hesitation. (Please don't send the parcel without telling me anything)
If you use the stamp once, I can't refund to you. So please do not use it if you don't like it for some reason.
When you use your stamp and it has something wrong, please contact me and tell me what's wrong.
When you use the stamps, sometimes you use the ink too much.
It doesn't very clear when the ink on the stamp is too much.
Basically I can't refund your Custom stamps.
I don't sell the custom stamp without your satisfaction.
So when we talk and you are happy with that, I make a listing to purchase first.
When I get your stamp safely and check the product's condition, I will refund for you.
When I send the money back to you, it is just product's cost excepting shipping cost. (Because I sent it for you once.)
Custom stamp policy
I am always happy to make your custom stamps for your special moment.
It is free to ask. When we talk and you are satisfied with that, I will make a listing to purchase.
